![]() Once it has left your graveyard, it might as well not exist as far as any remaining triggers are concerned. So the "it" in all 3 abilities doesn't track the specific card, it tracks that specific instance of that card in your graveyard. If the Commander dies or is exiled, its controller gets to choose to put it back in the command zone, and the trigger says it should return to the battlefield under my control. The key in all of these cases is that whenever a card changes zones, the game sees it as a new game object. In a game of Commander, I control Athreos, Shroud-Veiled and put a coin counter on another player's Commander. If your opponent does pay 3 life, then you would be able to exile it to Myrkul to create the token. Similarly, a Broodmoth would not return it to the battlefield if Athreos has already put it in your hand. In that case, you will not be able to exile it to Myrkul's ability, so you won't get the token. If they don't, the card will return to your hand. If Athreos resolves first, your opponent will have the option to pay 3 life. So if a creature dies, you can either put the Athreos trigger on top or on the bottom (it's also at this time that you'll choose your target opponent). In this case, since you control all of the triggers, you get to choose what order they are put onto the stack, then they'll begin to resolve from the top (last in) down.
